We offer comprehensive on-site assessments and detailed, no-obligation estimates free of charge so you can budget your project accordingly. We take the time to assess your trees for safety concerns, risks, and issues that may impact their health or your personal property. Our estimates are valid for a 30-day period so you have time to make a no-hassle, stress-free decision.
Tree Pruning
Effective pruning promotes the health and beauty of your trees so they will grow with improved structural integrity and be enjoyed for many years, and even generations. Pruning includes removal of damaged, diseased, or dead wood and can be performed on mature trees, young trees, and trees that have been impacted by fungal infections, storm damage, or invasive pests.
Tree Removal
Trees may need to be removed for a variety of reasons such as structural or growth issues, declining health due to disease or insect impact, risk to personal safety, or simply to create more space. We have the experience and skill to remove trees in complicated locations, confined spaces, and around structures such as houses, sheds, decks, fences, pools, and hot tubs.
Hedge Trimming
Maintain your property’s curb appeal with our hedge trimming services. We recommend seasonal trimming and shaping so your hedges don’t become unruly and overgrown around your residence, cottage, or property lines. We use premium tripod ladders and low-noise electric hedge trimmers when refreshing and revitalizing your hedges.
Cabling/Bracing
Modern cabling/bracing systems can be an effective method to preserve stressed trees with structural issues such as weakened or split unions. Cabling may also be installed to protect personal property from damage caused by tree instability. We can assess your trees to determine if cabling is a suitable option and install systems in accordance with manufacturer recommendations.
Cottage & Island Work
We have the means to access challenging or remote areas such as island properties, cottages, hunting camps, and other places off the beaten path so your trees can be taken care of no matter where they are located. We want to help you keep your property safe and enjoyable whether it is in an urban, rural, or isolated location.
Stump Grinding
Stump removal by grinding can be an effective way to improve the aesthetic of your lawn or landscaped area once a tree has been cut down. Certain tree species will have reactionary “sucker” growth from the stump after a tree has been cut and stump grinding can minimize or sometimes prevent this regrowth from occuring.
Storm Debris Clean-up
Has a weather event brought down trees, branches, or tree debris on your property? With the range of weather conditions we encounter in Southeastern Ontario, from ice storms to severe winds, trees in our region endure significant and sometimes unpredictable environmental pressures. We can take care of clean-up and restoration of your property.
Rope Access
With our specialized high-angle rope access equipment and in-depth experience of working safely at heights, we have helped clients with projects such as dismantling and removing TV towers and performing maintenance on barn roofs. These requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.
